Season Rundown:

-Overview: This game based league is an excellent opportunity for players of all skill levels to both learn the basics of the game and finely tune their skills all while participating in matches against other teams using the traditional indoor soccer format. 

-Sessions: Tuesday Evenings at 9:00pm/10:00pm

-Game Location: Access Storage Sports Centre (@101 Wayne Gretzky Parkway) 

-Season Length: 10 sessions (1 session per week)

-Tentative Start Date  & End Date: January 11th- March 22nd 2022
The top two seeded teams at the end of the regular season (the first 10 weeks of play) will play in a championship game Tuesday March 29th at 8:00pm

-Also Included: Jersey

**COVID SAFETY MEASURES IN EFFECT:**
a) SYMPTOM SCREENING & CONTACT TRACING UPON ARRIVAL;
b) SPECTATORS LIMITED TO ESSENTIAL ATTENDEES ONLY (UP TO 2 PARENTS & SIBLINGS UNDER 12);
c) SPECTATORS MUST BE SOCIALLY DISTANCED FROM OTHER HOUSEHOLDS AND WEAR A MASK;
d) PLAYERS & THEIR ATTENDEES ARE PERMITTED TO ARRIVE 5 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START OF THE HOUR (EX. ARRIVE AT 5:55PM FOR 6:00PM GAME);
e) PLAYERS & THEIR ATTENDEE MUST VACATE THE FACILITY 5 MINUTES FOLLOWING THE END OF THE SESSION (EX. A SESSION STARTING AT 6:00PM WILL END AT 6:47PM WITH VACANCY REQUIRED BY 6:52PM);
f) EQUIPMENT IS SANITIZED BY STAFF IN BETWEEN USAGE;
h) LIMIT OF 1 GOALIE CHANGE PER MATCH (AT HALF TIME) IS PERMITTED;
i) LIMIT ITEMS BROUGHT TO THE FACILITY TO ESSENTIALS (THE ONE ATTENDEE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE ITEMS DURING PLAY);
j) LABEL ALL WATER BOTTLES WITH THE PLAYERS NAMES;
k) NO POST-GAME HAND SHAKES ARE PERMITTED (NO OTHER MODIFICATIONS TO PLAY ARE IN EFFECT)
l) VACCINE VERIFICATION IN EFFECT*

*l) Vaccine Verification

-As per the Ontario government, verification of vaccination is required for all PLAYERS born on or before December 31st 2004
-This policy is mandated by the Ontario government and with regular enforcement checks occurring BCSC and all sports groups are required to implement this in order to continue providing our high-quality programming.
-Proof of vaccination is required for all NON-PLAYERS born on or before December 31st 2010
-Proof of vaccination must be presented at each session for any and all spectators.
-Once registered adult athletes vaccine status is verified at their first played match they will not need to show verification again.
-Individuals with medical exemptions to vaccination are permitted to attend with the following conditions. 1) A copy of your doctor’s note must be brought to each session and presented to the BCSC screener 2) Proof of a negative COVID-19 test result within the last 72 hours.
-Unvaccinated individuals may enter the facility to drop their children off to play and assist them with the screening process. Once this is completed the unvaccinated individual must vacate the facility for the soccer session. The unvaccinated individual may re-enter the facility at the conclusion of the match to pick up their child before immediately proceeding to exit the facility with their child.
